Our Policies

Payment Methods, Shipping Terms, and Delivery Times

All payments should be made in US Funds only . We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal payments. If you have a Paypal account and are using that as your method of payment, you may feel free to use a credit card within Paypal as well.  We also accept personal check (please allow at least 10 days for clearance) and money orders. Please do not send cash.

For all deliveries made to a Michigan address, add the current Michigan sales tax. We are required by Michigan law to collect sales tax on both the total price of merchandise and the shipping charges, so please calculate accordingly.

Canadian orders. Send U.S. currency. If paying by personal check, please write on the check US Funds only. Please do not try to convert your payment to Canadian funds as the currency exchange changes daily.

International Orders: Your parcel will be shipped via First Class International Mail where applicable unless you indicate otherwise. See our International postage rates under Shipping & Handling. Since insurance is not available to every country, nor is tracking available outside the United States with First Class International or Global Priority, and we have no way of tracking packages once they leave the United States, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you wish to have your package tracked, then we would suggest Global Express Guaranteed. Please advise us before ordering that you would like this service.

If you do not provide us with a confirmed address for shipment, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Your package should be sent to an address where you are sure to be upon delivery.

We may bill for actual shipping charges for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses.

We have some product in stock, but some things will need to be ordered in. If you'd like to check availability prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Orders containing items that are not in house are shipped as soon as they are received from the distributor. You will be advised if any part of your order contains an out-of-stock item. Please be aware that items on backorder from distributors, any of the hand-dyed products such as fabric or overdyed threads, or imported (international) products can take several weeks to be received from the distributor. We will contact you and advise you on whether or not your package will be delayed for any reason.

Delivery Time
 
In the continental US, allow 7-14 WORKING days delivery time especially if we do not have the item in stock.  If it is to be longer, we will advise you. Delivery time may vary during seasonal peaks. If you should ever have any questions, please contact us at 734-783-3184.

Returns/Cancellations

Please contact us before returning any item. If we can assist you during your selection, please feel free to contact us. If you realize a mistake after ordering, please contact us?before your package has been processed.

Things that you cannot return:  Charts and leaflets (due to copyright laws), opened bead packages or kits, floss, hand-dyed fabrics, sale items, and any special order items.

For any other purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. If you are choosing to return an item because you've changed your mind, shipping will be at your expense. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items and shipping costs are nonrefundable. If an item is returned for exchange, additional shipping will be charged on the new item being sent. Please send along a copy of the sales slip that arrived with the order.

If we have made an error with your order, we will reimburse your return shipping via US First Class or Priority Mail. Package it so that it arrives to us safely!

Cancellation of an order must be received prior to shipping. There is a 10% cancellation fee for canceling any order. Please make your selections carefully.

Please open your order immediately on receipt and check it over. Any claim for errors in shipment or charges needs to be made within 14 days.
